Christmas MCAL Part Five



This MCAL is now finished, here is part five revealed.



This is the last part. I hope you are loving your decorations so far. Don't forget to share the completed ones either on my Facebook page, Facebook group, or Ravelry.

Christmas MCAL Part Five

Materials:

3.50mm crochet hook
8 ply/dk or 10 ply light ww yarn in red, green and yellow
Scissors
Yarn needle
School glue for stiffening

With Red,

Row 1: Ch 4, hdc in 2nd ch from the hook and in next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)
Row 2-7: Ch 2, turn, hdc into the next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)
Row 8: Ch 3, turn, hdc into the next st, sc into the next stitch (3 stitches)
Row 9: Ch 1, sc into the same stitch as ch 1, hdc into the next st, dc into the last stitch (3 stitches)
Row 10: Ch 2, turn, hdc into the next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)

Ch 1, turn. Sc around entire piece. Place 3 sc into each corner to turn. When you get to the middle of the curve on the left side sc2tog (as picture) this will help the piece turn. Continue until you reach the first sc. Join with a sl st, finish off and weave in ends.













With Red,

Row 1: Ch 4, hdc in 2nd ch from the hook and in next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)
Row 2-7: Ch 2, turn, hdc into the next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)
Row 8: Ch 3, turn, hdc into the next st, sc into the next stitch (3 stitches)
Row 9: Ch 1, sc into the same stitch as ch 1, hdc into the next st, dc into the last stitch (3 stitches)
Row 10: Ch 2, turn, hdc into the next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)

Finish off.





 Re join yarn in stitch shown in picture (top arrow)

Row 1: Ch 2, hdc next 2 stitches as shown in picture. (3 hdc)
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, hdc into the next stitch, sc into the next stitch (3 stitches)
Row 3: Ch 2, turn, hdc into the next 2 stitches. (3 hdc)

Ch 1, sc around entire piece. Place 3 sc into each corner to turn. Just like the previous piece (see photo) you will want to sc2tog to help the piece turn. Continue until you reach the first sc. Join with a sl st, finish off and weave in ends.

With Green,

Starting with a magic circle, or ch 3 and join with a sl st to make a circle.

Round 1: Ch 2, 11 hdc into the circle. Join to top of ch 2 with a sl st (12 hdc)
Round 2: Ch 2, hdc into the same st as ch 2, 2 hdc in each stitch around. Join to the top of ch 2 with a sl st (24 hdc)
Round 3: Ch 2, hdc into the same st as ch 2, hdc into the next stitch. *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next stitch* Repeat around. Join to top of ch 2 with a sl st. (36 hdc)

Finish off with green, join yellow in any stitch around.

Row 1: Ch 2, hdc into the next 3 stitches. (4 hdc)
Row 2: Ch 1, sc into the same st as ch 1, sc into the next 3 stitches (4 sc)

Finish off and weave in all ends.

Stitch together and attach a ribbon/yarn ch loop to hang.
